2. Service description
My Mattress is a web application that allows individuals to manage the maintenance of their mattresses, schedule rotation and flip reminders, and share that tracking with other users of the same household. Access requires prior registration with a user account.
3. Terms of use
3.1 Access to the service
Access to My Mattress is reserved for persons aged 16 and over. By registering, the user declares that they meet this requirement and that the information provided is truthful.
3.2 Acceptable use
The user agrees to:
- Use the application in accordance with the law, public morality, and public order.
- Not provide false data or data belonging to third parties without their consent.
- Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Not take actions that overload or harm the functioning of the service.
3.3 User account
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activities carried out from their account. CatDevs shall not be liable for damages arising from unauthorised use of the account due to the user's negligence.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The source code, visual design, logos, texts, and other elements that make up My Mattress are the property of CatDevs or its licensors, and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, or public communication without express authorisation is prohibited.
5. Limitation of liability
CatDevs does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service and shall not be liable for damages resulting from interruptions, technical errors, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Data entered by the user (mattress names, maintenance dates, etc.) is their sole responsibility. My Mattress is a personal management tool and does not replace the manufacturer's guidelines for the mattress.
6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of this application, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, unless applicable law provides otherwise in favour of the consumer.
